Working Solutions to Host Free Three-County Virtual Job Fair

The Workforce Development Board of Herkimer, Madison and Oneida Counties, Inc., dba Working Solutions, will host a free virtual job fair on Tuesday, September 29, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., connecting local employers with job seekers throughout the three-county region.

Open to businesses and job seekers in Herkimer, Madison and Oneida counties, the online event provides an easy way for participants to connect directly and chat one-on-one without having to travel to an in-person job fair.

Businesses interested in recruiting can register as an “Organization,” while job seekers should register as an “Attendee.” Participants who have previously used the Premier Virtual platform can log in using their existing profile or employer booth.

Job seekers will also have an opportunity to get a head start. Beginning Monday, September 28 at 8 a.m., registered participants can log into the platform and preview available jobs before employer representatives are available for live conversations the following day.

Working Solutions, part of the Public Workforce System, connects employers with talent while helping job seekers access career resources, training and employment opportunities throughout the region.
