On Saturday, June 1, 2024, from 6PM to 9PM, the Utica Zoo invites guests 21 years and older to come out to the 24th annual Wine in the Wilderness. Sample New York State wines from wineries and enjoy LIVE music from Last Left, food trucks, and a wide variety of vendors. The event will take place rain or shine.

“The weather forecast is looking like a perfect Wine in the Wilderness evening at the zoo. This is one of our largest fundraisers and we are excited to welcome everyone for a night of fun,” said Andria Heath, executive director of the Utica Zoo. “The price point this year is significantly lower at all ticket levels with the hopes that this event will become more accessible to a broader audience.”

Member Admission – Pre-Sale is $30
General Admission – Pre-Sale is $35
Member Admission – At the Door is $35
General Admission – At the Door is $40
Designated Driver Admission is $20

Regarding parking for the event, the LIMITED zoo parking is free and a first come first served at the Utica Zoo with free overflow parking at MVCC Payne Hall parking lot and the Parkway Rec Center. Shuttle buses will take you to and from the zoo at no cost from 5:30 to 10:00 pm. Attendees may be dropped off and picked up at the zoo. Uber, Lyft, and local taxi companies are highly suggested.
