The Utica Center for Development/Central New York Veterans outreach Center wish to invite you to our agency’s 15-year anniversary celebration, to be held on February 28th from 5pm to 8pm inside our main location at 726 Washington street, Utica, NY.  Please come and visit our main location to see what we achieved during our 15 years of service to our Veterans, their families, and our great community.  We are overwhelmed with excitement for growth of our future.
