SUNY POLY TO HOST GREATER UTICA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MARCH BUSINESS AFTER HOURS

SUNY Polytechnic Institute invites you to a Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours Event, where you will have the opportunity to meet SUNY Poly’s new president, Dr. Winston “Wole” Soboyejo and hear a few words about our Strategic Plan and its impact on the Mohawk Valley community.

Network with members, friends and guests, and experience SUNY Poly’s Center for Global Advanced Manufacturing (CGAM), where you will have the opportunity to tour our high-tech labs and see how we prepare students to excel in a variety of careers in competitive industries. Two tours of CGAM will be held at 4:30 pm, prior to the event, and following the 6 pm remarks by SUNY Poly’s president.  The tours will include stops at our Additive Manufacturing, Robotics, Measurement, Projects, Digital Prototyping and Machine Tools labs. You can register for the event at www.greateruticachamber.org.

Enjoy local food and drinks by Wildcat Hospitality; take a selfie with mascot Walter the Wildcat; and enter to win a door prize. The CGAM is easy to find and is located in the lower level of Donovan Hall, which is situated between the Campus Center and Student Center. Ample free parking will be available in campus lot C.

We look forward to toasting our new leadership and the end of winter with you on March 19.
