Success Circle to Lead Confidence-Building Workshop at Empowered

Empowered Pathways’ Women’s Employment & Resource Center (WERC) will host an upcoming professional development workshop, “Less Doubt, More Confidence to
Move Forward,” featuring guest speakers Tricia Sticca and Christine Spiak, co-founders of Success Circle.
The workshop will take place on Tuesday, August 18 from 10:00–11:00 AM at Empowered Pathways in Utica and is designed to help women gain clarity, build confidence, and take meaningful next steps in their personal and professional lives.
Rooted in WERC’s mission to support women through job readiness, career coaching, and skill development, the session aligns with the organization’s commitment to helping participants “build confidence, expand skills, and pursue meaningful employment.”
Led by Sticca and Spiak, the session will guide participants through practical strategies to:
● Identify what matters most as they plan their next step
● Recognize and overcome limiting thoughts
● Make decisions with greater confidence
● Protect their time and energy while focusing on what moves them forward
“Confidence isn’t built by doing more, it’s built by getting clear on what matters and taking consistent, intentional steps forward,” said Christine Spiak, co-founder of Success Circle. “This workshop creates space for women to think, be supported, and move forward with clarity.”
“Many women already have what they need to move forward, they just don’t always have the space or support to trust it,” said Tricia Sticca, co-founder of Success Circle. “This workshop is about helping women reconnect with their strengths and take their next step with intention, not pressure.”
Success Circle, a community-based organization in the Mohawk Valley, is known for helping women turn their strengths into aligned action through accountability, structure, and supportive community. Their approach complements Empowered Pathways’ broader mission of helping individuals “create self-directed solutions and move forward in their lives through education, advocacy, and empowerment.”
The Women’s Employment & Resource Center has served the region for more than 30 years, offering personalized coaching, training programs, and workshops that meet women at every stage of their career journey, from re-entering the workforce to advancing in their current path.
