Standard Heating, Cooling & Insulating is pleased to announce the addition of Nikki Magnone as the new Director of Talent & Culture. With a strong background in executive recruiting and HR, Nikki brings experience and a passion for encouraging positive work environments.

Nikki joins Standard following her role as an HR Consultant at Empower Business Strategies. Her journey into human resources is uniquely rooted in her diverse academic background, holding an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from SUNY Cortland and a master’s degree in marketing from Pace University. Prior to joining Empower, Nikki was the Manager of Talent Acquisition and HR for Golin, a global public relations agency, located in New York City.

In her new role, Nikki will oversee all aspects of Standard’s talent strategy, focusing on recruitment, employee development, and fostering a work culture that attracts and retains top-tier talent. She will work closely with leadership to ensure the company’s values are deeply integrated into the employee experience while continuously driving initiatives for diversity, inclusion, and adaptability in a fast-evolving business landscape.
