Northland Communications is pleased to announce two new employees and several new position openings.
Jeremy Bryant recently joined Northland as Network Services Technician. In his new role, he will work with customers to remotely troubleshoot and resolve service issues and concerns. Jeremy brings more than 23 years of telecommunications experience to Northland, previously working for the United States Air Force and most recently for a community college in northeastern Tennessee. Jeremy specializes in Nortel but also brings extensive knowledge of Mitel, Avaya, and Cisco product lines. He will work primarily from Northland’s office in Holland Patent, NY.
Jonathan Brothers brings more than 10 years of customer service experience to his new role as Customer Support Representative at Northland. In this position, he will work with customers to facilitate requests for service by writing orders, updating account information and managing billing. Jonathan will work primarily from Northland’s office in Syracuse, NY.
