Diehl’s promotion follows a successful 10-month apprenticeship, where he completed comprehensive hands-on training and factory certification in Chicago. His strong attention to detail, professional growth, and leadership made him a natural fit for his new role. As Bathroom Crew Leader, Diehl will oversee bath installation projects and ensure every remodel meets New York Sash’s standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

In addition, New York Sash is proud to announce that Design Consultant Kevin Sullivan has officially earned his CAPS Certification, a nationally recognized credential focused on accessible, barrier-free, and aging-in-place home design.
