Dear Chamber Members,

Last week, I had the opportunity to participate in a Business Leads Fellowship Masterclass through the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, focused on High-Quality Instructional Materials — a critical component of student success and long-term workforce readiness.

The session brought together chamber and business leaders from across the country to explore what high-quality instructional materials look like, why they matter, and how business leaders can play a constructive role in supporting education systems that better prepare students for future careers. The conversations reinforced the strong connection between classroom learning today and the talent pipeline our employers will rely on tomorrow.

I’m excited to bring these insights back to our region and continue building meaningful connections between education, workforce, and the business community.

If you’re a business or community leader interested in learning more about this work — or in exploring how education and workforce alignment can support your organization and our region — I’d welcome the opportunity to connect.
