The Landmarks Society of Greater Utica is holding a Garage Sale fundraiser from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan. 17 and 18 at its new store location, 808 Broad Street, Utica.
The new location, perfectly set up for easy browsing and shopping, is stocked with all new items, including furniture, antiques, and household wares.
Clean and well-cared-for donations also will be accepted, and tax receipts are available. Sales will benefit the stabilization and renovation projects at the Rutger Park Mansions.
