The Kiwanis Club of Utica is proud to welcome back one of its own Russell Franklin as its newest corporate club member.

Russell is a licensed Social Worker currently serving as a School Social Worker at Waterville Central School District’s secondary building. In addition to his work in education, he sees clients privately through Evolve Counseling, LLC, providing vital mental health support to individuals in the community.

A lifelong Utica resident, Russell brings deep roots and a strong commitment to the region. His return to the Kiwanis Club is a full-circle moment, having previously served as Club President from 2018 to 2020 before stepping away briefly to pursue his master’s degree.

Beyond his professional and academic accomplishments, Russell continues to demonstrate his dedication to community service. He is an active committee member for the Utica Boilermaker Road Race, where he organizes the Kiwanis Water Station, an essential part of one of Utica’s most iconic events.

The Kiwanis Club of Utica is thrilled to welcome Russell back into its ranks and looks forward to his continued leadership and passion for service.
