This week, we joined Governor Hochul’s team and Upstate NY Business Leaders to discuss EXPRESS NY, a new statewide effort to eliminate outdated and unnecessary regulations that slow down housing, infrastructure, and small business growth. After identifying nearly 100 regulations for reform, the State is now launching a 30-day call for ideas — and they want to hear directly from business leaders.

If you’ve ever felt frustrated by delays, duplicative reporting, licensing hurdles, or unnecessary fees, now is the time to speak up. The submission portal is open through April 3, and this is a real opportunity to influence meaningful change.
