First Source continues to grow and wants you to be part of our team! We are currently hiring for a Systems Support Analyst position.
Successful candidate will maintain current knowledge and support of technology solutions across the Credit Union including review of vendor release notes, new features and functionality and make recommendations accordingly. They will test new and revised programs as appropriate for existing systems and databases, as well as work with vendors to implement changes and/or solve issues with systems software.
Ability to actively participate in analysis, development, troubleshooting, implementation and ongoing support of organizational projects, systems, and initiatives. Position requires innovation and creativity with adherence to structured systems and processes and working collaboratively across all departments.
