First Source Federal Credit Union will be holding their annual mum sale with a portion of the proceeds being donated to Anita’s Stevens-Swan Humane Society, just in time for Fall. The sale will be held Wednesday, September 10^th through Saturday, September 13^th during hours of operation at their Commercial Drive Branch, 4451 Commercial Drive, New Hartford. Please note, due to construction, the sale will be held in the parking area behind the branch—please use the Middle Settlement Entrance and look for the white tent.

The Flower Barn in Ilion will once again be providing beautiful flowers, and a portion of the plant sales will go back to the Humane Society. 10-inch pots- 3 for $27 or $10 each.

In addition, First Source will also have donation boxes in all their branch locations beginning the week of September 1^st (throughout the month). The boxes will display a QR code for “Wish List” items that will link to their local humane society’s wish list. Items collected will go to Utica, Rome, and Herkimer Humane Societies.
