First Source Federal Credit Union Awards Scholarships to Outstanding Student Members
First Source Federal Credit Union is proud to announce Marlee Winfield and Oscar Yang as the recipients of its 2026 First Source Scholarship. Both students were selected based on their exceptional academic performance, leadership, community involvement, and extracurricular achievements.
Marlee Winfield, a 2026 graduate of New Hartford High School, was awarded a $1,500 scholarship to support her studies at SUNY Geneseo this fall. Oscar Yang, a 2026 graduate and Valedictorian of
Waterville Jr./Sr. High School, also received a $1,500 scholarship and will attend St. John Fisher University this fall.
Founded as a teachers’ credit union, First Source remains committed to supporting education and helping students achieve their academic and professional goals.
Through initiatives like its annual scholarship program, the credit union continues to invest in the success of local students and the communities it serves.
