First Source Federal Credit Union, is pleased to announce multiple leadership promotions, honoring the Organization’s commitment to leadership development and delivering exceptional member value.

Nicholas Flihan has been appointed Associate Vice President of Enterprise Risk. Nicholas recently joined First Source and has brought over 15 years of risk management experience to our team. Previously the Director of Enterprise Risk, Nicholas is responsible for overseeing Risk Management, Legal and Compliance, BSA/AML/Fraud, Quality Control, and our Audit program.

JD Arrante has been appointed Director of Business Services. JD has been with the Credit Union for 10 years, 8 of those years spent in Business Services. He currently oversees business lending, business underwriting, credit analysis, and post-closing maintenance of the commercial portfolio.

Melissa Robison has been promoted to Director of Member Services. She has been with First Source for 9 years. Melissa brings over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, including Branch and Contact Center oversight with a strong focus on lending, process improvement and member experience.

Tanya Turner has been appointed Director of Member Recovery Solutions. Tanya has been with First Source for 3 years and has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Tanya previously held the role of Delinquency Risk Manager. She is responsible for the oversight of all early and late-stage collection efforts.
