Tuesday, February 20th, 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. Join yoga teacher Lisa Gallagher for a session of chair yoga. This class makes yoga accessible to all – not just to seniors! Great for beginners and those who want a gentler class. Please provide your own water bottle and towel if needed. The chair will be provided for you. Free and open to the public. Tuesday February 20th 10:30 am Preschool Storytime: Children ages 2-6 can come to the library with their caregivers to enjoy stories, songs, and crafts.

Wednesday February 21st 10:30 am And the Wind Turns the Windmill: Join the Cornell Cooperative Extension: Oneida County, Energy and Environment Team to learn about renewable energy and enjoy a craft.  For ages 7-11

Wednesday February 21st from 1 p.m. – 3 p.m. Utica Mini Job Fair for the NYS Department of Labor here in the library gallery. Professional attire should be worn. Wednesday February 21st 6:00 pm Year of the Dragon Craft: Celebrate the Chinese Year of the Dragon by making paper fortune cookies and paper cup dragons. For ages 7-14

Thursday February 22nd 10:30 am History Center Story Hour: Join us for a story and craft time thinking about warmer weather at the Oneida County History Center 1608 Genesee St.  For ages 3-8

Friday February 23rd 2:00 pm Cozy Cocoa Club: Bring your own book or settle in for some quiet activities, stories, hot chocolate, and a snack. For school age children

Saturday February 24th 10:00-12:00 Psychedelic Haystack: Join 4 Element Studio’s artist, Daniel Buckingham, Pratt Munson, Professor of Sculpture, to create art!  Using UV paint, students will create a 3D artwork illuminated by UV light.  Students will take home their sculptures and a blacklight to display them. For ages 12-18.  Please Register online.
