Celebrating over 30 years of hospitality excellence, Feast & Festivities proudly stands as Central New York’s largest and most established catering and event service company, serving clients across an expansive region from Syracuse to Albany and Watertown to Binghamton. With deep roots in the New Hartford and Utica communities, the company continues to redefine what it means to celebrate life’s most meaningful moments through food, service, and shared experience.

As the exclusive catering partner for Tyler Manor in Waterville, NY, and a preferred caterer at premier venues across Central New York, Feast & Festivities has become the trusted choice of private, corporate, and nonprofit clients alike. Its distinguished reputation extends to a roster of VIP clientele including celebrities, national bands & performers, and notable public figures, along with leading community organizations who rely on the team to deliver polished, memorable experiences of the highest caliber.

“Whether serving a milestone celebration or a large-scale corporate event, our mission has remained the same for three decades — to bring people together through exceptional food, service, and hospitality,” says Trisha Barone, Executive Director of Client Relations. “We’re proud to be the team that clients trust when their event simply has to be perfect.”

At Feast & Festivities, every event is a reflection of meticulous craftsmanship and collaboration. The company’s offerings range from elegant plated dinners and curated tasting menus to full-service beverage programs and destination-style hospitality experiences. Behind every service is a talented, diverse team — students, professionals, and seasoned culinary experts — united by a shared commitment to excellence.

“Our people are the heartbeat of what we do,” adds Executive Chef Gregg Marsh. “From the first menu conversation to the final toast, we’re dedicated to consistency, creativity, and care — values that have shaped our success and the loyalty of our clients.”

Executive Director of Beverage Operations Thomas Clifford notes, “Every menu and beverage program we design is about creating a sense of place and memory. Whether it’s a wedding, a corporate reception, or a gala, our goal is to craft experiences that not only taste exceptional but also feel authentic and inspired. That’s what turns an event into something unforgettable.”

Looking ahead, Feast & Festivities is preparing for a bold new chapter in 2026, launching strategic growth initiatives that include an expanded venue portfolio, enhanced culinary and beverage programs, and innovative event experiences designed to meet the evolving needs of both private and corporate clients.
