Concern for our community’s health and safety has led us to make the difficult decision to close our offices to the public.

Our crisis services will still be available through our 24-hour free and confidential hotlines.

Oneida County | 315.797.7740

Herkimer County | 315.866.4120

We are closing our administrative offices over public health and safety concerns regarding COVID-19, but all crisis services are still available to the community and will be provided to those who need them.

Services still available include our two 24-hour free and confidential hotlines for Herkimer and Oneida counties and emergency shelter for survivors and their families fleeing domestic violence.

We are asking the public to call the hotlines for all other services, including advocacy, therapy, case management, etc., before going to either physical office. Staff are still available to provide any and all services needed.

For domestic and sexual violence crisis services in Oneida County, call 315.797.7740.

For sexual violence and child abuse services in Herkimer County, call 315.866.4120.

Closing our administrative office at 7 Rutger Park in Utica and the Herkimer County Child Advocacy Center office at 284 West Main Street in Ilion is a precaution to help minimize the potential spread of COVID-19 in our community.
