CNYHHN and ConnectEd are excited to announce a unique opportunity for local businesses and organizations to host a fully funded intern through our GO Program.
We are looking for employer partners ready to provide a meaningful learning environment for motivated individuals entering the workforce.
ย  Why Participate?
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย No cost to the business:ย All wages are covered by the GO Program (via federal grant funding).
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Pre-screened, supported interns:ย Interns are vetted and assisted by GO staff.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Ongoing staff support:ย GO staff provide guidance and coordination throughout the internship.
ยทย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย Simple participation requirements:ย Businesses provide a welcoming workplace environment, basic skill-building tasks, mentorship, and a commitment to a 200-hour placement (with flexible scheduling).
How it Works
The GO Program matches talented participants with workplace mentors for a 200-hour placement, allowing them to gain hands-on experience. This is an ideal way to expand your capacity while giving back to the community and shaping the future workforce.
