CNYHHN and ConnectEd are excited to announce a unique opportunity for local businesses and organizations to host a fully funded intern through our GO Program.

We are looking for employer partners ready to provide a meaningful learning environment for motivated individuals entering the workforce.

·         No cost to the business: All wages are covered by the GO Program (via federal grant funding).

·         Pre-screened, supported interns: Interns are vetted and assisted by GO staff.

·         Ongoing staff support: GO staff provide guidance and coordination throughout the internship.

·         Simple participation requirements: Businesses provide a welcoming workplace environment, basic skill-building tasks, mentorship, and a commitment to a 200-hour placement (with flexible scheduling).

The GO Program matches talented participants with workplace mentors for a 200-hour placement, allowing them to gain hands-on experience. This is an ideal way to expand your capacity while giving back to the community and shaping the future workforce.
