AmeriCU Credit Union has promoted Nicole Messore to Vice President of Consumer Lending. In this role, she will oversee the credit union’s consumer lending operations; home equity lending, deposit and loan origination systems, as well as consumer, mortgage, and home equity servicing.

Nicole has more than 17 years of consumer lending experience, with expertise in application systems, servicing, and management. As she enters her fifth year with AmeriCU, she will continue leading strategic initiatives that enhance the member experience while driving operational excellence across the organization.

As Vice President of Consumer Lending, Nicole is focused on enhancing how members connect with AmeriCU by combining personalized service with innovative technology. Through her leadership of the Clutch implementation, she is helping reinvent the deposit and lending experience with a seamless digital platform that enables members to open and fund accounts and gain full account access in approximately five minutes. This forward-thinking approach modernizes the member journey while creating greater efficiency and consistency across internal operations.

The results are already demonstrating meaningful impact. Since launch, manual processing of virtual account applications has been reduced by approximately 30%, allowing employees to spend more time supporting members and less time on administrative tasks. By automating and streamlining Loan and Deposit workflows, AmeriCU is creating a scalable operating model that supports future growth, improves service delivery, and positions the credit union to meet evolving member expectations while maintaining a high-touch, relationship-focused experience.
