Homeownership is not out of reach with AmeriCU Credit Union and the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York’s Homebuyer Dream Program (HDP), Homebuyer Dream Program Plus (HDP Plus), and the New Homebuyer Dream Program Wealth Builder (HDP Wealth Builder).

Additional grant funds of up to $10,000 have been made available to assist eligible first-time homebuyers with down payments, closing costs, and counseling services. Additional programs are also available to support first-generation homebuyers in qualifying communities.
