As previously discussed during the MWBE Roundtable with Senator Sanders on July 15, our offices have been collaborating to take the next step in providing support and resources to our local business community. We are pleased to share that Senator Griffoβs office and our office have set a date for a Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE) Informational Forum, to be held on Thursday, September 25, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Utica State Office Building, 1st Floor Conference Room, 207 Genesee Street, Utica.
This forum will be beneficial for:
- Those interested in becoming MWBE-certified.
- Those who want to better understand the benefits of certification.
- Those who are currently facing challenges and seeking support.
This forum is a chance for our small business community to learn, connect, and grow. We believe it will provide meaningful guidance to those seeking MWBE certification while also addressing challenges and highlighting opportunities.
