Take a walk down Genesee Street in Downtown Utica and stop by the windows of the RCIL Building located at 131 Genesee Street to see a beautiful new satellite gallery. This magnificent new exhibit features artists from the 4 Elements Studio’s Arts Legacy Program, gallery, and current exhibitions. The gallery will change on a quarterly basis and currently features works from Frank Viola, Mary Gaylord Loy, John Loy and Ken Marchione.

The Resource Center for Independent Living (RCIL) is a human services and civil rights agency working to ensure that the rights of individuals with disabilities are respected and that they have equal opportunity to live, work and participate in the community. RCIL offers a wide range of advocacy and independent living services and programs to ensure that individuals with disabilities, seniors, and their caregivers have the tools and resources needed to live independently and succeed at home, school and work. As students head back to school, LIFE at RCIL Youth Services are available to help children and adolescents with disabilities and their families to reach their full potential. Visit www.rcil.com to learn more.
