The Masonic Care Community welcomes new staff members Michelle Smith and Courtney Miner to our Marketing and Development Team.

As MCC’s Development Manager, Michelle brings over 18 years of experience to her role having held positions with Madison Oneida BOCES Continuing Education, Cornell Cooperative Extension and The Central Association for the Blind. Her background includes program development, event management, marketing and communications, as well as healthcare education. Michelle holds a Bachelor Degree from Morrisville State College and a Master’s Degree from Oswego State University. As Development Manager, Michelle will help build awareness for the Masonic Care Community’s philanthropic mission, programming, and resources.

As MCC’s Marketing and Development Coordinator, Courtney Miner will support marketing, communications, philanthropy, social media and graphic design for MCC. Courtney has a strong background in digital media, graphic design, photography and videography. Prior to her position with the MCC, Courtney served in the United States Marine Corps as the Lead Graphics Specialist and Platoon Sergeant with the 2nd Marine Aircraft Wing Communications, Strategy, and Operations.

We are very excited to welcome Courtney and Michelle to the team at the Masonic Care Community!

The Masonic Care Community provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation services, adult residential care, independent living options, home care and operates an award winning child care center. MCC is a lead employer in the Utica area with more than 800 staff and provides services for over 600 people annually on its campus.
