On July 20th, the Irish Cultural Center of the Mohawk Valley will be hosting our first-ever golf tournament – the “Great American Irish Scramble” – as part of our annual fundraising campaign.  Below you will find information concerning the tournament. We are hoping that you or your business can help us to make this event a success; one that will continue to grow throughout the years. As you can see, there are many ways that you can help us.

In addition to what is listed, we are accepting donations of items that can be used as door prizes and/or raffles: shirts, golf balls, coolers, gift cards, etc. We could also use some larger donations that could be used as prizes for our on-course contests, such as closest to the pin, longest drive and putting contest.

As we at the Center continue to provide the community with quality programs that educate and highlight our Irish Heritage, we — like most other nonprofits – rely heavily on the generosity of individuals and businesses in the community to help defray the costs of conducting business and keeping the lights on. Your help in this inaugural golf outing can help us continue to fulfill our primary mission, which is to promote the history and culture of the Irish community in the Mohawk Valley.

We can’t thank you enough for your support of our facility in the past and hope that, through fundraisers such as this, we are able to continue to be a sense of pride for the Irish Community for years to come.

PS: You are also cordially invited to put together a team of your own and join in the fun!
