Staffworks is recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a financial services organization in New Hartford, NY. The Administrative Assistant will perform routine administrative tasks while displaying excellent customer service to customers.

Essential Functions:

  • Greet visitors and answer inquiries
  • Answer phone calls
  • Schedule meetings
  • Organize and maintain files and databases
  • Maintain and order office supplies
  • Perform other administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, etc.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred
  • 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
  • Intermediate computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Data entry experience

Pay Rate: $18/hr.
