Staffworks is recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a financial services organization in New Hartford, NY. The Administrative Assistant will perform routine administrative tasks while displaying excellent customer service to customers.
Essential Functions:
- Answer phones
- Update appointments
- Order supplies
- Greet clients and assist with customer service
- Make bank deposits
- Prepare documents and mailings
Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience with a financial institution, tax accounting or securities preferred
- Must possess and display excellent customer service skills
Pay Rate: $18 – $22/hr. based on experience.
Hours: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday
