Hosted by the Mohawk Valley SBDC, our presenter Phil DiGiorgio with DiGiorgio Law Firm, PLLC, will present on legal planning for your small business and the challenges that come with it. Topics include entity choice, tax and liability concerns, business succession planning, and more.

This presentation will take place April 20th from 10-11 am via Zoom. There will be an opportunity for Q&A with our presenter to ask any specific questions you may have.
