The Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) Eat Right. Live Right. Nutrition Counseling team is hosting a Health and Wellness Fair to celebrate the theme of National Nutrition Month, Food Connects Us.

MVHS Dietitians will be joined by MVHS community outreach registered nurses, who will perform free blood pressure screenings, local farmers, the Oneida County Department of Health, local photographers, In Bloom yoga studio, the Sneaker Store, Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oneida County, Tibbitts Maple and more. The public is encouraged to stop by to learn nutrition tips, enter for a chance to win gift cards and baskets and interact with local community organizations and vendors.

The Health and Wellness Fair is being held at the Wynn Hospital Auditorium, 111 Hospital Drive, Utica, on Friday, March 21, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. This event is free and is open to the public. Free parking is available in the Wynn Hospital parking garage or through the valet service at the main entrance.
