Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) MyChart allows for secure online access to your electronic medical record (EMR). Important health documentation from your doctor is stored in MyChart and patients are able to find health informa­tion such as lab results, appointment in­formation, medications, immunizations and more. MyChart provides you with the same information your doctor sees.

In addition to being able to see your health information, MyChart allows patients to keep in contact with their providers and renew prescriptions using the MyChart app. Parents are able to access their child’s records. In addition, an integration of MyChart called Happy Together now allows patients to connect their accounts with other organizations that use MyChart.
