Human Technologies Corp. (HTC) purchased the former ECR International (ECR) complex at 2201 Dwyer Avenue in Utica to consolidate its operations into one facility.  HTC has been in operation for 70 years and employs over 300 people.  This facility will provide future growth opportunities.  The complex is 189,588-sf and situated on 13.30 acres.

ECR had previously relocated manufacturing operations to its Dunkirk facility but will be moving to HTC’s current building located at 2260 Dwyer Avenue in Utica.  ECR will continue operations at the new facility which allows them to maintain their laboratory and training components.  James Dylan Furney and Jeffrey D’Amore, SIOR of Cushman & Wakefield | Pyramid Brokerage Company were the exclusive brokers in the transaction.
