First Source Federal Credit Union, is pleased to announce key executive leadership appointments. These strategic leadership appointments reflect the organization’s commitment to delivering exceptional member value through best-in-class service, innovation, growth, and leadership in the communities that it serves.

Pamela Goodison has been appointed Chief Financial/Chief Risk Officer. Pamela brings over 20 years of finance & accounting, and compliance & audit experience to the Credit Union. She joined First Source in 2019 as the Chief Financial Officer and previously served on its Board of Directors for 5 years. Pamela oversees all finance and accounting activities, the Credit Union’s Compliance Program, Enterprise Risk Management functions, and Member Recovery and Solutions.

Martina Jory has been appointed Chief Human Resources Officer. Martina has worked at First Source for 28 years and has over 25 years of Human Resource experience. Previously the Director of Human Resources, Martina is responsible for training, leadership development, recruitment, and retention initiatives. Her leadership and expertise have played a critical role in the development of a strong employee-first culture within the organization.

Tom Koehler, with over 22 years of experience at First Source and 29 years in the technology field, has been appointed as the new Chief Technology Officer. Tom brings a wealth of leadership and technical expertise, particularly in network security, infrastructure, and software systems. Prior to his appointment, he held the position of Director of Technology at First Source, where he oversaw the IT, Systems, Systems Administration, and Data Security functions within the organization.
