First Source Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce multiple key senior leadership appointments. In continuing the organization’s commitment to leadership development, providing growth opportunities and delivering exceptional member value, First Source is delighted to share these appointments, solidifying their Senior Leadership Team.

Heather Padula has been appointed Vice President of Deposit Operations. Heather has been with First Source for 17 years and has over 26 years of financial services experience. Previously the Director of Deposit Operations, Heather is responsible for overseeing ATM/ITMs, online and mobile banking, card services, deposit products and services, various payment channels, and facilities.

Sandy Sherman has been appointed Vice President of HR & Training. Sandy has been with First Source for 17 years and has over 27 years in the financial services industry. Sandy is responsible for overseeing training, HR, and projects. Prior to her Vice President appointment, she held various roles at the Credit Union including branch services, operations, training, and leadership positions.

Katie Ullman has been appointed Vice President of Marketing & Community. Katie has been in the advertising, marketing, and communications industry for 25 years, with 11 at First Source. Previously the Director of Marketing & Community, Katie leads the strategic direction of the marketing team, overseeing branding, communication, advertising, and community engagement, including sponsorships, education, and public relations.

Gina Zegarelli has been appointed Vice President of Member Services. Gina has been with the Credit Union for 8 years, previously overseeing the contact center. Gina has over 20 years of experience in financial services with a strong focus on member experience, sales, service, leadership development, and technology implementations. She currently overseas the branch network, contact center, mortgage services, and business services.
