When our community needs help, GPO Federal Credit Union is here. These are scary times for everyone, but GPO is prepared to help. Our call center staff is ready to answer your questions, offer solutions and help relieve financial worries.

Our drive thru locations are open for business. We will make every accommodation to serve our members.

We know many people are concerned about reduced income. We are ready to help by offering:

  • Increased Visa credit card limits by $500 for all of our existing cardholders. If more is needed, call us. (some restrictions apply)
  • Extended the payment due date for all Visa credit cardholders to Saturday, May 9th.
  • Waiver of skip-a-pay fees on existing loans.
  • Low rate personal loans with payment deferrals for 90 days (check current rates here)

 

To accommodate member needs the following banking options and relief services are available:

  • Drive-thru service will be available from 8:30am-6pm Monday through Friday and from 9am- noon on Saturday.
  • Night despot service is available 24×7 with deposits and transaction requests posted either the same day or on the next business day.
  • ATMs are available within our Coop and All-Point ATM networks, giving members access to nearly 90,000 fee-free ATMs.
  • Online account access is always available at gpofcu.com or through our mobile app. Also, members may use Remote Deposit Capture to despot Checks through our mobile app.
  • GPO’s Member Service Center is available to take calls between 7:30am and 6pm Monday through Friday and from 9am until noon on Saturdays. The number is 315-724-1654. We have added extra staff to handle call volume.
  •  Our GPO at Home service is available for loan applications. Members will continue to be notified about loan decisions and we will remotely work with members on an individual basis to assist with loan needs. This is also where non-members can also sign up for GPO services.
