About the Role

As our Membership Engagement Coordinator, you’ll be one of the most visible and relationship-driven members of our team. You’ll serve as a primary point of contact for Chamber members, support membership growth and retention, and help connect businesses to the resources, events, and opportunities that help them thrive.

This is a dynamic, outward-facing role with a mix of community engagement, relationship building, and behind-the-scenes coordination. No two days are the same—and that’s exactly the point.

What You’ll Do

• Build strong relationships with new and existing Chamber members through outreach, events, and regular check-ins

• Welcome and onboard new members, helping them feel connected from day one

• Serve as a go-to contact for members, ensuring a positive, responsive experience

• Support membership retention through proactive communication and relationship-based engagement

• Identify potential sponsors and assist with securing sponsorships for Chamber programs and events

• Support membership and sponsorship revenue goals in collaboration with Chamber leadership

• Maintain accurate member records using the Chamber’s CRM platform (GrowthZone)

• Assist members with profiles, event registrations, renewals, billing questions, and communications

• Support board, council, and committee meetings, including logistics and follow-up

• Represent the Chamber at events, ribbon cuttings, and community activities throughout the region
