Assemblywoman Marianne Buttenschon (D-Utica/Rome) announced that she will be holding office hours to discuss the 2020-21 state budget with her constituents. Residents will have the opportunity to get their questions answered and share any concerns they might have as legislators craft the annual spending plan that’s due April 1.
