Ashten Roberts has joined AmeriCU Credit Union as Financial Center Manager of the Griffiss location.

 

Roberts brings with her over 13 years of retail and customer service experience. In her new role, Roberts will oversee and manage the financial center’s day-to-day operations while building a solid team, delivering excellent member service, and focusing on the local community.

 

“I’m thrilled to embrace my new role and eager to lead by example in nurturing a culture that fosters community involvement and commitment,” Roberts said. “I look forward to connecting with our members and providing them great financial service.”

 

Prior to joining AmeriCU, Roberts began her career at AT&T in the role of retail sales consultant, advanced to become an assistant manager, and then to retail store manager. She gained expertise to tailor solutions to individual needs while cultivating lasting customer connections. Roberts resides in Upstate New York, where she enjoys spending time with her family.
