Kelly Gerrard-Smith has been appointed as AmeriCU Credit Union’s Griffiss Financial Center Manager. With a wealth of experience in financial services, Gerrard-Smith brings a dynamic approach to leadership and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Gerrard-Smith brings with her over twenty-seven years of experience and knowledge in the financial industry. Gerrard-Smith’s role will involve supervising and administering the day-to-day operations of the financial center. She will also provide assistance to members and share her financial expertise to help them navigate their financial journeys.

“I am looking forward to further building relationships in the Rome community,” said Gerrard-Smith. “It will be fulfilling to assist fellow community members achieve their financial goals to live life, dream big, and achieve financial success.”

Gerrard-Smith attended SUNY Morrisville and SUNY Oneonta for a degree in chemistry and biology. She resides in Holland Patent, New York where she enjoys spending time with her family.
