YWCA Mohawk Valley (YWCA MV) thanks the National Network to End Domestic Violence (NNEDV) and ProCure Hope for donating surgical masks during the COVID-19 pandemic.
“Our thanks go to both NNEDV and ProCure Hope for helping us to safely carry on all of our life-saving services during this time,” says YWCA MV CEO Dianne Stancato.
The masks were donated for both clients and staff of YWCA MV to promote safety for all agency programs. Clients in shelter and transitional housing, as well as advocates and residential frontline staff, have access to masks to keep them protected and healthy.
YWCA MV provides free and confidential domestic and sexual violence crisis services 24-hours, including emergency shelter, transitional and rapid rehousing, education, violence prevention programming, and more.
NNEDV is a national agency “dedicated to creating a social, political, and economic environment in which violence against women no longer exists.” ProCure Hope is a non-profit dedicated to taking immediate action to provide critical PPE to frontline healthcare workers and essential service organizations.
