Staffworks is recruiting for an experienced Administrative Assistant for a financial services organization in New Hartford, NY. The Administrative Assistant will perform routine administrative tasks while displaying excellent customer service to customers.
Essential Functions:
- Greet visitors and answer inquiries
- Answer phone calls
- Schedule meetings
- Organize and maintain files and databases
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Perform other administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, etc.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate Degree in Business Administration preferred
- 2-3 years of clerical, secretarial, or office experience
- Intermediate computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office
- Data entry experience
Pay Rate: $18/hr.
