Each year, the Chamber recognizes Member businesses across five different categories for their staying power, commitment to the Mohawk Valley region, and Greater Utica Chamber involvement. Nominees must be a current Chamber Member in good standing, and members may also nominate themselves using this form. Current members with representation on our Board of Directors are not eligible. After receiving this preliminary nomination form, we will provide nominated businesses/organizations with a comprehensive nomination form that they will be required to complete and return to us. Decisions determining award winners will be made based on the answers provided in that comprehensive form.
