GPO Welcomes Dominick Manfredo as VP of Risk & Compliance
GPO Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce the appointment of Dominick M. Manfredo as Vice President of Risk & Compliance. In this role, Manfredo will oversee enterprise risk management, regulatory compliance, governance oversight, and fraud mitigation strategies, helping to support the credit union’s continued operational strength and commitment to its members and communities.
Manfredo joins GPO with more than a decade of executive leadership experience, most recently serving as Chief Executive Officer of The Community at Sunset Wood, where he played a key role in organizational growth, strategic planning, and operational oversight. Throughout his career, he has built a strong reputation for leadership, governance expertise, and community engagement across the Mohawk Valley.
In addition to his professional leadership experience, Manfredo has remained actively involved in regional organizations and initiatives, including service with LeadingAge New York, the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce, and GPO Federal Credit Union’s Supervisory Committee. His background in governance, financial oversight, and strategic risk management aligns closely with GPO’s ongoing focus on operational excellence and member trust.
